I called to make an appointment with Dr. Sam Cox and after finding out that he retired. I knew Dr. Sandford went home to be with the Lord. So sweet lady at the desk stated that Dr. William Stinson was taking Dr. Cox patient, so I asked her if I could make an appointment because I had been coming there. First time going there and the entire office is great. The entire staff in the office is informative. They made me feel welcomed while still being professional.
It’s a very unprofessional environment. They seem to not have their staff worked out. The nurse that does my intake says she has to “fudge” my weight so that dr stinson doesn’t get mad at me? She says he will demean you if you gain too much so she lies about the weight gain. They also set up appointments for me, and I receive confirmation messages, when I didn’t make the appointment. It’s very odd.
I can’t say enough great things about this OB/GYN office! From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. Triage is attentive and caring, and the lab tech makes everything quick and easy. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Stinson for over 18 years, and he has consistently provided exceptional care. His bedside manner is truly one of a kind—always kind, patient, and reassuring. He has made each of my deliveries as comfortable and positive as possible, which means more than words can say.
