I got braces at this location and my teeth barely ever moved. The guy quoted me 2 years and I had them on for way longer than that, and now I’m still dealing with teeth that aren’t straight. Getting braces at this place was pointless and just a way to get my money.
I had a nightmare experience getting fitted for a crown and then was billed for twice the amount that I was originally quoted. Their staff is extremely disorganized, and one of his dental hygienists was downright hostile to me. So broken-hearted to be treated this way by someone whom I trusted. It took me a year and a half to muster the courage to find a new dentist after this experience.
