I was very happy with how Dr. Falco handled my emergency in the ER. He was very decisive and immediately ordered necessary tests which were done promptly. He and the little nurse I had were kind and understanding. One of the best Drs. I have encountered in my many years. Thank you Dr. Falco and nurse,Emily!!
Dr. Falco was covering the ER when I came in, and he was very concerned, through and answered my son's questions as I was no talking very well because of MS. He took care of business, he was very informed and gathered history, made a decision to do what he could to help. He was very engaged and in formed. I am so grateful that I had him as my doctor that day. Today I can talk again because Steroids rock for MS! I would say Dr. William Falco is a Dr. that goes above and beyond. I wish we could clone him
Total disregard for emergency patient care. He had no problem refusing emergency treatment as well as early discharge. This was against the advice of her physician. The 2 drs used me to relay messages about not discharging her. Back and forth on the telephone in the er room with Dr Falco present and relaying to me what to relay to the physician on the phone. She died a couple days later from a pulmonary embolism. We asked for additional treatment, a different provider, etc. After reviewing records ,etc, the director of emerg... read more
