The receptionist is extremely rude. She had a hard time with my daughter's insurance, even though she was completely covered She waited three months to notify and expected me to foot the bill, when she was completely covered under chip. If she had notified me much earlier that she was having difficulties, I'm sure we could have figured it out. Dr. Crim is great! He genuinely cares about his patients! He aways makes sure I'm comfortable and if he does something that might be sensitive he will call later that day to make sure I'm doing ok!
