My spouse had an appointment for 230. It is almost 530 and we still haven't seen the doctor. My cardiologist never disrespects my time like this.
This one star is for Elsa only. My appointment was at 11:45 AM waited till 4:20 PM and called it quits and was asked if I wanted to reschedule. Lol. Came from out of town to see a so called great doctor and we never got seen. Thank you for being so considerate and caring Elsa. When asking other employees how much longer the answer I received was “that’s the way it goes”. If you’re looking for a cardiologist, Dr. Wu may not be the best choice.
From my 90 year old grandfather Fabian: “That Dr. William Wu, he’s a godsend. I hope a guy like that never dies. I’ve been seeing him for over 15 years and I know he really cares about me. It takes a special person to do what he does. He’s really special.”
