Dr. Chang and his team embody customer service. I was their patient when I lived in Pasadena and would have my eyes checked and glasses made at their store. After moving to San Diego, I had to get my eyes checked on short notice and could not make it up to Dr. Chang's office. Long story short, the OD that I visited in San Diego gave me the wrong script causing me all sorts of chaos.
