Im shocked at how I was treated today i called to make an appointment for my child and they informed me they released all my children from the practice I rescheduled an appointment and missed one because I broke my foot resulting in me needing surgery. So because that happened they won't see my children. Supervisor really said I missed a cleaning so the dr put a note in that said parental medical negligence. I cried my eyes out !!!
Horrible to say the least the older lady in the front is ignorant, rude and has no patience what so ever to answer any questions on the phone, she shouldnt even be working as a MA because she doesnt know how to do her job the correct way im suprised she hasnt been fired!

The older lady in the front that takes the calls is rude everytime I call and there's no need for it, it's your job as a receptionist to schedule appointments and answer questions but she has an attitude every time I call and she does not hide the fact that she's annoyed with her job or any questions I have, Unacceptable!!
