The older woman doctor here is condescending and has horrible bedside manner. She never respected any of my wishes as far as my kids dental health were concerned. I declined sealants multiple times for my oldest son and she took it upon herself to put them on him anyways!! After that I switched for good but I’m still angry about it to this day as he still has sealants and they have hairline cracks and he’s gotten cavities because of it which is why I never wanted the “preventative” thing done. Always a great experience at our dental appointments!!!!! The staff is friendly and fun, great personalities. They make the visit for kids fun and relaxing and they look forward to coming back. We never have a long wait and are very accommodating to set up appointments. I highly recommend this office!!!
Im shocked at how I was treated today i called to make an appointment for my child and they informed me they released all my children from the practice I rescheduled an appointment and missed one because I broke my foot resulting in me needing surgery. So because that happened they won't see my children. Supervisor really said I missed a cleaning so the dr put a note in that said parental medical negligence. I cried my eyes out !!!
Horrible to say the least the older lady in the front is ignorant, rude and has no patience what so ever to answer any questions on the phone, she shouldnt even be working as a MA because she doesnt know how to do her job the correct way im suprised she hasnt been fired!
