He did a root canal on me 1.5 years go. I started having jaw pain where the tooth was but when I called to try and get an appointment or have some questions answered, they never returned my call. I went to a different endodontist and he determined a failed root canal. Come to find out, infection was left which built up in my gum line over time. WOW!!! Where do I begin. 1. My appointment was scheduled for 2:45. 2. I was checked in and had three x-rays by 2:48 (in the chair). Yes, I was checking my phone. 3. 3:18, I was on Broad Street on my way home. 4. The office truly smelled amazing. I informed Dr. Catanzaro about the immaculate state of his office. 5. CHRISTIAN MUSIC PLAYED!!! 6.The bathroom was cleaned and kept in a superior matter. 7. Last but more importantly... The staff. There are NO words to describe the professional behavior of his staff!!! This was a quality experience executed flawlessly, with confidence. All that worry was a waste of time. From scheduling and insurance coverage through welcoming and procedure completion, this was first class and relatively painless. Dr. Catanzaro and his staff are caring, careful listeners, thorough and efficient with their Endodontic practice. For me, choosing Dr. Catanzaro and his support staff was an easy choice.
My husband had a cracked tooth and an abscess. His dentist gave him an antibiotic and said he needed to see an endodontist asap. They were able to get him an appointment with Dr Catanzaro very quickly. Already experiencing some pain, my husband was apprehensive about how much poking around at his tooth and gum the doctor might do.
