I’ve been going here I think for 4 years now with my family. I called and spoke to Beth that I’m running 5 min. Late and I have never called before. She put me on hold and finally came back to me saying “ only if you’re 5 min. Late you can come but after that we are not able to” imagine that. Sometimes I have to wait 5 or 10 min or longer from my previous appointments and they can’t even accommodate my daughter’s her first appointment. I will no longer going to this eye doctor anymore . Dr. Carr, diagnosed an eye disease that others missed, facilitated preventative treatment and tracks my eye health with the greatest of clinical care.
Extremely rude and condescending. Would not recommend to anyone due to way he treats people
