The vibes were off when I went to Northeast Wisconsin Vision Center last week Friday during the later afternoon. It took the staff 16 minutes to help me. It seems like they need to hire more staff! They also told me I had bad eye vison like I didn't already know that. Way to remind me that I am blind! Oh well, at least it's by Jimmy Johns so I was able to get a sub after.
The Doctors are very thorough when it comes to patient appointments and patient care. However the professionalism amongst management is subpar. When management thrives on drama there is no room for success. I was employed at Northeast Wisconsin Vision and it was a constant battle for consistency and fairness. Good work ethic and loyalty mean nothing to this establishment. I would recommend it for patients but it is not a great place to work.
