I was looking for an office that didn’t push unnecessary procedures and made me feel comfortable as a person who suffers from medical anxiety. From the minute I walked through the door they were very accommodating. Dr. Keyes introduced himself personally at the front desk. It was a great experience and this office will be recommended to friends and family.
After I told them I was a disabled veteren they told me they are not going to serve me as a patient any longer and to go find another dentist because they said they don't like how I missed two appointments and I need to respect their schedule and staff. Very bad place stay away from this medical office.
Dr. Keyes is very patient and kind. Takes his time to listen to your teeth issues and understand fully what you need! The staff is super friendly! I highly recommend!
Dr. Keyes' office is about a 45 minute drive from my home, and I travel every other week making it difficult to fit in personal appointmentments around my work schedule. However, I have remained a patient of Dr. Keyes for several years because I appreciate the care I recieve from him and his staff. However, I value and require administrative efficiency along with expert dental care, so I am sorry to say I will not be returning to Keyes dental. Booked at this dentist specifically to receive x rays and cleaning. They stated prior to booking both can be done same day. This is only reason we decided to go here. They did not stay true to their word and wasted my time. Drove out there just to be told they don’t have a hygienist available. Will not be going back.
