Dr. Buitrago was the doctor on staff when my went to ER for his gallbladder. He did not know it at the time that was the problem. He took the time to explain everything the procedure and care afterwards. For the follow up visit patiently answered any questions took the time no hurry. Staff was excellent and polite.
Dr. Buitrago and his staff are very friendly and welcoming, but the wait times are unacceptable. I went on two separate occasions and waited almost 2 hours both times, about an hour in the waiting area and an hour in the exam room. The second visit after waiting almost 2 hours, he came to go over my CT results. There was nothing he needed to fix on his end, but referred me to another type of doctor. Dr William Buitrago has performed two surgeries on me. Both times he went above and beyond doing excellent work. He explained in detail the surgery process and was happy to answer all of my questions. During surgery Dr Buitrago takes extra steps to be certain that the end results are the best they can be.
I somehow managed to get myself a hernia, Dr. Buitrago was able to get me fixed up quickly. I am very happy with the result and care he gave me. Highest of recommendations!
