Hi!! Just wanted to be sure I got on here to write a review about my most recent visit. I had my (referral) appointment 12/22/2025 and it was a phenomenal visit. Dr. Wells is an amazing person and I couldn't be happier. Everything was seamless and the nursing staff was great as well. Dr. Wells informed me that I would have to have a sinus procedure done after reviewing my scans. I hinted that I had some kind of issue going on and would need soemthing done about it. Dr Wells is a wonderful, compassionate ENT. I visited him for the first time based on positive reviews. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. If you need an ENT, visit this practice.
After spending more than 20 minutes going between being on hold and giving all my personal and insurance information, I was told I would be seen by a PA, not Dr. Wells, unless Dr. Wells was available at the time. I made it clear I wanted a second opinion from an ENT on a serious condition I have. This 'practice' gives the impression that Dr. Wells is the exclusive examining person. What a fraudulent business.
Wasn’t able to breathe for 7 years until meeting Dr. Wells. As being a part of one of his past surgeries I can say nothing but good things a year from post operation. I would recommend Dr. Wells to anyone dealing with nasal issues. He has opened a new practice in Columbia called Breathe Free to better serve patients in the area!
