Dr Wells is a wonderful, compassionate ENT. I visited him for the first time based on positive reviews. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. If you need an ENT, visit this practice.
After spending more than 20 minutes going between being on hold and giving all my personal and insurance information, I was told I would be seen by a PA, not Dr. Wells, unless Dr. Wells was available at the time. I made it clear I wanted a second opinion from an ENT on a serious condition I have. This 'practice' gives the impression that Dr. Wells is the exclusive examining person. What a fraudulent business.
