If I could leave -one million stars I would. Complete liar. Medical gaslighting at its finest!!!! He removed an entire muscle without documenting it in his post operative notes. (My major pectoralis) He admitted to this in my post op appointment, but as he realized it was a problem in every aspect of my life(including my career as a hairstylist) he denied he removed the muscle altogether. Dr Wallace and his entire staff are absolutely amazing! I am 2 weeks post op(breast lift and tummy tuck). From the initial consultation to my 1 week post op, They are extremely supportive, professional, and just all around kind. At initial consultation I showed Dr Wallace my concerns(I have recently lost 53 pounds and had a lot of loose skin). He addressed those issues without trying to do more than I wanted. Let me start off by saying that I was so pleasantly surprised from the very beginning until the wrap up of my experience. Of course I will continue to be a long term patient of Dr. Wallace and his staff. What I liked most about Dr. Wallace is he gave me an absolute “No” to a couple of my requests. He’s conservative, honest and very detailed. I had a blepharoplasty, neck lift, fat transfer to lower eyes and around my mouth. This physician caused lasting harm to my wife, leaving her with enduring physical and emotional consequences. Initially concerned about loose skin after our twins, she now contends with painful scars and constant pain. Despite following all directions, Dr. Wallace attributed the outcome to her. According to other doctors, the damage appears to be permanent. It's important to share this experience for awareness.
This individual inflicted permanent harm upon me, causing disfigurement that will last a lifetime. There has been no expression of apology or remorse for their actions. Instead, they callously left me injured and bleeding, dismissing my pain with insensitivity by stating that I should accept it.
