The front-office experience at this practice has been deeply frustrating. The communication, customer service, and apparent level of concern from the front desk staff have been among the poorest I have experienced in a medical office. At my most recent visit, I completed the online check-in process and paid my copay through the app, then sat in the waiting room believing I was fully checked in. I have been a patient of Dr Kaye for many years. I moved to Ocala and remained his patient due to the trust I have in him, developed based on the results of his care. I brought my wife to him with a brain tumor, which he removed with medications. I am forever grateful to him and his office. I recommend him for the sake of any future patient.

Dr. Kay is incredible! I felt I had depression, cortisol problems and blood sugar problems so I went to Dr. Kay. He was so nice and very thorough. He ordered many different test which made me feel well taken care of. The staff is amazing as well! Turns out most of my problems were from a low Vitamin D issue which we fixed! Now I feel great and I'm not depressed anymore. I used to not leave the house and not have energy for anything along with lots of anxiety. Thankfully Dr. Kay saved the day!
