Fabulous doctor, very knowledgeable, and great bedside manner. Office staff does not return calls from me or the pharmacy over the course of a couple of years making it very inconvenient and unprofessional.
I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Kaye. He focused solely on reviewing my lab results without meaningfully considering my ongoing symptoms or significant family history of thyroid disease. I left feeling unheard and dismissed. Additionally, comments about my weight, including that I “hide it well,” felt inappropriate and unhelpful in the context of addressing legitimate health concerns.
I feel fortunate to have found Dr. Kaye after I was diagnosed with Diabetes 2. He is thorough, informative, patient and very caring. His office has not only been responsive to my calls and questions but has offered additional services such as dietary classes. I find it unusual that his staff checks in with me between visits. I am grateful to Dr. Kaye.
If you are looking for a doctor who listens and is very knowledgeable and truly wants the best outcome for his patient than Dr. Kaye is who you seek! He takes his time to review any blood work or medical documents and for accuracy he records medical notes regarding his patient during the visit, Dr. Kaye is really an exceptional doctor and I am very fortunate to be his patient. He is the BEST!!!!
