Dr. Torres and his team are exceptional. His staff is courteous, efficient, and kind. Dr Torres listens, observes, asks questions and makes his diagnosis clear. I’m a 75-year-old woman and can only imagine the wonderful experience a new mother would have under his care.
Dr. Torres spent time with me asking if I had any questions or concerns. He was very attentive.
Although Dr Torres is an excellent OBGYN, a female named Samantha Anders the office phone and is unkind and combative. When presented with a unique problem, she does not support or try to solve issues for patients. She interrupted me on several occasions and complained that I called them on a Friday afternoon at 2:30 saying it put their staff with little time to help. This is unfortunate and unhelpful to the rest of the OBGYN team and to individual patients.
