I absolutely love this dental office. Dr. Charles is an excellent and skilled dentist, and the receptionist was also very kind and welcoming. Before my first visit, I was terrified of dentists, the machines, and the overall experience. I shared my fears with Dr. Charles, and he reassured me that everything would be fine.. and he was right. Whoever this lady at the front desk is she is nasty and rude. She hangs up on customers and rudely interrupts them as they are speaking. How can you expect to bring in service if the lady in the front behaves like this.

Dr. Charles is great. But that lady at the front Desk need’s serious couching on how to speak to customers. She tempted to forgot that without US there’s NO job for Her. Very rude and nasty when she talk to people. Definitely need to seek help, I will say start by working on Her angry issues.

The office lady insisted I pay upfront. I did. She then kept coming in there where I was with the doctor and giving me a price on every single thing the doctor was recommending. I found it condescending because I felt as if she was acting like I didn't have the money to pay. I asked her to stop and she exploded at me that she didn't like the way I spoke to her. An awesome dentist! The front office staff is polite and efficient. The waiting area is calming and clean. The receptionist is kind, polite and mindful. They accept most insurance and they accept MD Healthy Smiles. The Dentist is gentle and quick and his bedside manner is most comfortable and reassuring.
