Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind and welcoming. The receptionist went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. She took the time to sit down with me, listen to everything I’d been through that morning, and showed me so much compassion. That level of kindness meant more than she’ll ever know. I visited Dr. Charles for a routine cleaning in November 2025 where he attempted to treat an incoming cavity on my back left molar. After the visit, I experienced persistent pain when chewing. When I returned, he shaved the tooth, which led to nerve damage and ongoing pain. I was then referred to another dentist, forcing me to miss work and pay $200+ out of pocket for a temporary root canal. I absolutely love this dental office. Dr. Charles is an excellent and skilled dentist, and the receptionist was also very kind and welcoming. Before my first visit, I was terrified of dentists, the machines, and the overall experience. I shared my fears with Dr. Charles, and he reassured me that everything would be fine.. and he was right. My first appointment for X-rays and cleaning felt a little rushed since he was finishing up a root canal, but after returning for my own root canal, I saw just how dedicated he is. Whoever this lady at the front desk is she is nasty and rude. She hangs up on customers and rudely interrupts them as they are speaking. How can you expect to bring in service if the lady in the front behaves like this.

Dr. Charles is great. But that lady at the front Desk need’s serious couching on how to speak to customers. She tempted to forgot that without US there’s NO job for Her. Very rude and nasty when she talk to people. Definitely need to seek help, I will say start by working on Her angry issues.
