Staff turnover is ridiculous. Billing practices are worst. They can not seen to bill the correct insurance regardless of telling them 4 times. Molly was rude and hung up on me because I told her if this goes to collections they will have a fight on their hands. Not threatening just a simple statement of the truth. Will continue to complain to the highest authorities.
Such kind wonderful people! They always make sure that I’m comfortable, and their work is done quickly and efficiently every time. I’ve been seeing Dr. Whyte for 6 years now and I’d recommend him to everyone!
