After keeping me waiting for 45 minutes, the desk staff try to put it on me that they forgot about me and offered excuses such as they had students and were short staffed- that I should have come to them sooner. Then when I would not initial 1 (of many) terms outlined on their agreement, I was spoken to in a very unprofessional manner and threatened that now, an hour later- they were cancelling my appointment.
