Something has changed with the front desk communication. They used to be so efficient. Slow call back and responses. Being ignored for a few days (not just 1-2 days, but 3+) and me having to follow up. I also got charged for something that the wasn't covered on my insurance because they wanted to "check something".. What's going on ?
very good people working here, nice atmosphere, and a nice vibe that makes the whole "getting your mouth thoroughly examined" thing easier to deal with. unfortunately the waiting times can be pretty obnoxious. - VK
