I personally have had extremely positive interactions and outcomes with Dr Hii and his staff. Dr Hii is an amazing surgeon with the latest robotic techniques, direct but good bedside manner and professional knowledge. I would highly recommend Dr Hii for prostate surgery and interventions. Dr Hii saw my husband regarding his prostate cancer. I attended for support. Dr Hii was bordering on rude and he was dismissive. He lacked sensitivity and was very 'robot like' in his approach. Spoke over the top of us when we asked questions and lacked any sort of compassion. Not a nice doctor. There's plenty others out there, so if not sure phone around. You don't have to stay with him.
I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Hii and his team. The admin staff were efficient and arranged my consultation promptly after the referral was received. Dr. Hii is caring and thorough, providing clear information and a detailed treatment plan. I felt safe and confident proceeding with surgery under his care. Everything went smoothly, and the post-surgery follow-up was well organised.
Very approachable, he clearly explained the process and answered all my questions.
Terrible doctor. Didn’t listen to me at all and didn’t even ask me any questions. Didn’t solve my problem just brushed off responsibility to other services. It’s clear he just wants to make money. Front desk staff is not nice either.
