Amazing physician
My husband had an appointment with Dr Ballouk a week ago. Initially he had an appointment scheduled in the midst of the big ice and snow storm. Their office answering machine said the office was closed and someone would be in touch once they knew when they would reopen. At the time the appointment was scheduled his name and date of birth was given, as well as my instructions to please make sure they had his records from Conrad Pearson on hand for discussion.
