Zero star rating for this experience. Sharing this on behalf of my partner who's experience with Dr Liu's was so disappointing. After waiting months for his appointment, she spent under 5 minutes rushing him through his consultation, but rather than using his time to perform electrocautery, a minor procedure, (as his previous dermatologist had always done), she sent him on his way to make another appointment to have it done by one of her assistant nurses.
