Dr. Kitchens and his staff are kind and helpful. The only problem I have ever had was upon the early hours of operation their phone lines are as if they are in FAX mode and you can't get through to them. Not sure what that is?

Horrible Dr. Steel is awesome... staff makes it unbearable. They spend more time on horse play then working, if your lucky enough to get them on the phone there rude and give more false information then correct.
