I contact them to try to confirm an online booking appointment. The only human I spoke to said there was no trace of it. I get transferred and I hung up after being on hold for 45 minutes.. they have a text service play me if you text you get quicker service. Still haven't heard from them. Why should I trust to do anything with my body if they can't manage that professional and answer the phones. Why do they offer online appointment scheduling when it doesn't work.
