Rude. Condescending. Spends as little time with you as possible. Lacks thoroughness and doesn't follow through. Your quality of life is of no concern to her. She doesn't care how you feel. She takes an inordinate amount of time to review and post lab and imaging results so they are available to patient online. She refers you out to specialists for any lab results that aren't in normal range with NO info and for symptoms you mention as concerns. She’s been my dr for over 35 years. She’s great or I never would have stayed with her. That’s a lot of years.
The appointment was rushed. She didn't listen. Appeared to not care. Ordered lab a lot of lab work and wanted it drawn right after the appointment, despite my having not fasted and at the wrong time of day....the labs are very specifically fasting labs or labs that should be drawn at a specific time of the day. It was a lot of money wasted on labs that will forever reflect the wrong information. She provided zero information on the many chroinic conditions I have. I would recommend Dr. Nguyen to anyone. She takes the time to listen to you and is knowledgeable. she gives you good advice that is practical.
