Disappointed! I used their services years ago and it didn’t work out. (In fact, they let the psychologist go that I worked with) Decided to give them another try, so I left them a VM with my information. That was a week ago and still nothing? Called today and again to VM. Maybe they’re closed to new patients? Maybe they don’t need the business? Either way, a call back would have been professional and appreciated.

horrible office told me to call back in 6 months to see if they have availability because I was told to use WSIB rather than my personal insurance. as soon as the receptionist heard I have personal insurance she tried to change her tune....to late ....
