RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!..THE MOST RUDE practice i have ever spoken too. (Thankfully didn't have to see their faces). So i took an appointment as a new patient and completely forgot about it! Since there was no reminder, no Text confirmation, No email and absolutely no mention of their rude cancellation policy. And when i called back and honesty stated that i missed my apt., they are sooo soo rude, repeating it is their 'office policy' not to entertain someone who has missed an apt/no show, and that is, for my whole life!! ... read more
