I would not recommend this practice. Their ethical standards are non-existent as they improperly treated my child who was brought to their practice by someone that was not related to my child, had no authorization to have my child treated and knowingly falsified the paperwork to treat my child. And the office was fully aware of this as the person who brought my child in to see them is one of their pharmaceutical reps and they agreed to do this visit as a "favor" to her. MAJOR red flags.
Doctors are caring and wonderful. However, the office staff is unprofessional, disorganized, and rude.
When we started a year ago I express that I was not comfortable keeping my credit card with them on file and they were ok with it. Never had an outstanding balance with them, always paid on time. Today, when I went with my daughter, I was told on the spot that I have to either leave a credit card on file or a deposit for $240.00 or my daughter won't be seen by a doctor.
