She delivered my baby so calmly under severely distressing emergency circumstances. I'm so thankful for her confidence and quickness in such a scary situation. She had wonderful bedside manner and she did an amazing job from start to finish. She even fixed a bad c section scar I had previously with her on point stitching. I can never thank her enough!
Until our negative experience, I loved Dr. Wagner and her staff. She delivered one of my babies with no issues. She was great during my next pregnancy as well. However, I guess the real measure of a doctor is what happens when things don’t go well. It’s handling the tough stuff. During my delivery dr Wagner forced my leg back, popping my back bone out of place. As a result, I developed a hematoma. I visited a doctor for a specialty appointment and paid a $40 copay under my PPO insurance. More than a year later, I received another bill from a separate laboratory for over $100. First, I was not informed that there would be additional laboratory charges associated with the specialty visit. Second, this bill was issued more than 12 months after the service date, after my FSA spending window had already expired.
The BEST! My favorite is and always will be Dr Wagner. If you dont like her "bedside manner," good Lord move out of the way I will take your appt!
