I visited a doctor for a specialty appointment and paid a $40 copay under my PPO insurance. More than a year later, I received another bill from a separate laboratory for over $100. First, I was not informed that there would be additional laboratory charges associated with the specialty visit. Second, this bill was issued more than 12 months after the service date, after my FSA spending window had already expired.
The BEST! My favorite is and always will be Dr Wagner. If you dont like her "bedside manner," good Lord move out of the way I will take your appt!
Terrible practice. I’ve been trying to get in touch for MONTHS. careless and unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would. 0 bedside manner and clearly not educated.
