This office is extremely unprofessional. They made me an in person visit then the day before the visit they leave me a message that the visit is telemedicine however they don’t give me anyway to log into the visit. Then the secretary tells me they will call me for the visit then they never do. They had me do labs before this visit so I guess I’m just out of the money I spent on the testing

Dr. Mays office is so bad I didn't want to give it one star but I couldn't post this review with out putting something there. This office is nothing but a money hungry doctors office. They lie and give you The wrong diagnosis. They wouldn't see me and when they did decide to see Me they lie and tell me I'm seeing dr Mays but it was just the PA. I was a patient of Dr. Mays for 2 plus years. During that time I only saw the doctor one time and that was for approximately 5 minutes to try to sell me on some diet program she was promoting. All the other visits I was seen by her P.A. The bad thing was that even when when the p.a. was stumped the doctor was still never seen.
