I was rushed the whole time I was there. Contact/glasses prescription was not filled out correctly. When attempted to contact them to clarify they stated I'm not a patient. I haven't been able to purchase contacts and will need to schedule a new appointment even though I have a valid prescription.
Dr Wende Waggoner is no longer at this location; however, ease of appointment was excellent; front desk staff were very good; appointment time outstanding; and optometrist (Dr Reigstad) was outstanding. Thank you for an excellent to outstanding experience for my son!
what a terrible experience. it started out great. the employees were nice and I was seen in a timely manner. however, once my eyes were checked and I was given sample contact lenses, I had a problem. I could not see out of the left eye. I called the office to tell them. I was called back, promptly, two days later. when I told them the problem I was told the Dr. was out and they would call me back later in the day.
