Dr.Shiao didn't listen to any of my complaints. He was very rude, he just walked out the room. His nurse Ashley came in talking to me nicely. He proceeded to come back in the room to tell her don't talk to me, and go do other stuff.. He was very rude to his nurse too. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to my enemy. He is a quack that needs to retire!

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was given a faulty diagnosis for "stress" when what I was actually having was a 2nd pulmonary embolism that landed me back in the hospital. Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything! Does this provider always put the customer first? No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them Were you able to relax during your appointment? No, I was on edge Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment
Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all.
