I am very upset with Dr. Chang. She billed me $218 for a 7 minute conversation that she initiated with me about lab results that weren't even abnormal. For the contents of our conversation, it should have been a courtesy call. And I told her it was not a great time because a family member of mine was passing away. I went to this so called "doctor" Wen Shi Chang on thursday and complained about back pain and ask to be examined. She looked at my face for 15 seconds and said " you are totally fine its a muscle pain because of your posture " and ran out immediately, I said "but...." it was too late she was out from the room.
