She listens patiently to my symptoms and concerns, and she creates such a safe and reassuring environment. She feels like a caring elder who genuinely wants the best for me. Every time I leave her office, I feel more confident that my health will improve. I’m very grateful for her care and support.
Dr. Liang has been my primary care physician ever since I moved to California 15 years ago. She genuinely cares about her patients, is very thorough and pays attention not only to treating ongoing health issues, but also preventative care (such as cancer screenings, and vaccinations). Dr. Liang's beside manner is exemplary - she is very patient, listens attentively and takes her patients seriously.
Dr. Liang is my primary care physician, and she is highly professional and genuinely cares about her patients. She offers thoughtful preventive care recommendations that have helped me stay in good health. I highly recommend her.
Waited 30 minutes, no one checked on me, and no one told me how long it was going to be. I had scheduled the first appointment of the afternoon just so that this would not happen. I got dressed and left and rescheduled. And no one has contacted me about leaving. Next time this happens, I will find a new doctor.
