Have yet to meet Dr. Chen since being assigned to him last June. Physicians assistant is rude and has an attitude. Maybe he just doesn't like seniors? Receptionist has missed on getting a needed referral and prescription. Time to find a new HMO doc.
FOUR visits to Dr Chen's office as a new patient and have yet to meet Dr Wellington Chen. So much for relationship building. Physicians assistant seems to call the shots in office. Receptionist has attitude. Guess this is the new medicine.
Tried twice to see Dr. Wellington Chen and both times the receptionist got the times wrong!! The first time I showed up they were closed!!
Saw doctor once for five minutes. Never saw him again. Was seen by assistant every time. Assistant made serious wrong diagnosis.

During my visit I felt that I was treated very well.I would absolutely recommend this doctor to my family and friends.I felt this visit was an amazing success!Overall I would rate this visit : outstanding!
