Today I had an appointment with Dr Weiwen Chen at 9:20am that was booked month ago. When I arrived I was told the doctor is running late, you will have to wait 25-30 min. There was a man before me with follow up appointment who came in at 9:30am and came out at 10:05… I don’t know if he was given my time or not but I waited for 45 min to finally see the doctor at 10:05am… The price of the appointment is $450… Usually when the patient is late for 10 min their appointment is cancelled and they are charged full price… why it do... read more
