Came here for a couple years. Never enjoyed coming here. Always long wait, front desk gossiping, reading my insurance wrong and over charging and taking forever to get refunded, etc. Dr. Yan is experienced and makes her judgment very quick which is good. But, I won’t go back.
I want to thank Dr Weihong Yan for her outstanding care and professionalism throughout all these years. I have been seeing her for 8 years, and she has always made me feel comfortable, heard, and truly cared for. Thanks to her recommendations, guidance, and support, I was able to get pregnant and experience a very well cared for and understood pregnancy under her supervision. Honestly, I don’t even understand the point of making an appointment here because it feels completely first-come, first-served. My appointment was at 2:30 PM, but I ended up waiting 3 hours just to be seen. After all that waiting, the visit lasted maybe 15 minutes. I’ve been seeing this doctor for almost 2 years and I’m still dealing with the same issue without any real resolution. It’s extremely frustrating to feel like there’s no progress after this long. Overall, a huge waste of time and a very disappointing experience.
This doctor needs to learn how to speak to a patient. No patience at all, not willing to explain procedures. Somebody need to remind her she is in USA, not in China. She's got bad reviews for a reason. Don't go there.
I am writing this review after months of reflection and consideration. I usually don't leave reviews. What's done is done; I had my experience, and others will have theirs. But, here I am, hoping that sharing my experience might help someone find answers.
