This doctor needs to learn how to speak to a patient. No patience at all, not willing to explain procedures. Somebody need to remind her she is in USA, not in China. She's got bad reviews for a reason. Don't go there.
I am writing this review after months of reflection and consideration. I usually don't leave reviews. What's done is done; I had my experience, and others will have theirs. But, here I am, hoping that sharing my experience might help someone find answers. I was pregnant last year and switched to Dr. Yan from another provider because I wanted the peace of mind of seeing one doctor at every visit, unlike before when I saw different physician assistants each time. I have never seen such an unprofessional and rude doctor before. She shut the patient up for asking questions about their own safety and the procedure. Will never come back again.
Unprofessional doctor.
I was really disappointed with my experience at this OB-GYN office. The wait time was extremely long, and by the time I finally saw the doctor, I felt rushed through the entire appointment. She didn’t take the time to explain what was happening with my body, and I left feeling like I didn’t learn anything or get the clarity I came for. It was not the thorough, supportive care I expected, and unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this office based on my visit. Go somewhere else who actually cares for your well being.
