Doctor is very informative and explains everything (what’s happening to my body, why she give me this kind of medication, etc…). The wait can be long but the staffs there are really helpful and professional. They always do follow up and call you for your next appointment and everything.
如果可以选择零星，那我就不想给它一颗星了。太可悲了！ 我想分享一下我今天下经历。我打电话预约，在电话上已经很明确表示过来复查的时候，安排我第一位看医生。我知道这医生一直是overbook appointment (超额预约)会很忙。前台的工作人员一个星期前已经打过2次电话确实我的医疗卡和时间。 然而，今天我准时走进诊所时，告知在我前面还有人。还要重新查我的医疗卡（无语😓）我从长岛开了一个半小时的车过来，开完医生还要返回长岛去上班。提前和老板请假2个小时看医生。 迄今为止和严医生的相处是最糟糕的经历！缺乏耐心，沟通能力差，整个诊所不专业。技术能力再强，但对待处理的态度太恶劣。 不推荐大家来她的诊所看病，浪费你的时间。
不卫生，没有彻底消毒。在这边做妇科年检，当天结果都正常，第三天开始出现阴道炎的症状，之前和在此期间没有性生活或其他感染源，越来越严重，月经过后更严重了，去家庭医生那边又检查了一次，查出细菌感染。打电话给严医生办公室也没人接
I did have to wait about 45 minutes before I was seen, I was a few minutes late. This is a small practice, however, the staff were very professional and friendly. Dr. Yan was professional and thorough, she was not rough and also very informative. I am a black (African American/ Afro Caribbean) woman in my very late 30's and would definitely recommend Dr. Yan. The reviews I have read were discouraging but my experience at Dr. Yan's office outweighed any negative review. I WILL be back in 6 months for my follow up.
Worst obgyn!!! The wait time is over too long. My mother in law had an appointment at 10:30 am and the doctor finally saw her at 12:30pm,it makes no sense in making an appointment. Don’t ever make a mistake coming in this office.
