Front desk has an awful attitude. Whenever I arrive half an hour early to my appointment I have to wait 2-3 hours on average. Never once got to see the doctor at a reasonable time and when I asked the front desk how much longer they’ll take, they have the worst attitude and said “do you want to see the doctor? If not I’ll take your name off.” Don’t waste your time here.

Whatever you do, don't come here. You have to wait 2–3 hours every time; Dr. Yan rushes through the consultation and is extremely irresponsible and impatient. The reception area is chaotic and noisy—like a wet market—and the place is filthy. If I could, I would give it zero stars.

I had a very disappointing experience with this office. Every visit involved waiting for more than two hours before being seen. On one occasion, it was clear that my appointment had been skipped, and patients who arrived after me were called in before I was. I also felt that the doctor was not very compassionate. Came here for a couple years. Never enjoyed coming here. Always long wait, front desk gossiping, reading my insurance wrong and over charging and taking forever to get refunded, etc. Dr. Yan is experienced and makes her judgment very quick which is good. But, I won’t go back.
