Waited 45 mins for appt, other times it has been 2 hours wait. Exam took 2 mins , how does a doctor do a whole physical exam (Pap and breast exam in 2 mins)....the nurse taking down information at least took 5 mins to take down my information. And to make it worse she did not take my questions seriously....gave me a very matter of fact answer that was meant to make me feel as if I was losing my mind/stupid. There are better doctors out there that don't overbook appts and do a marathon appts and have a better touch when doing... read more
I had a very disappointing and hurtful experience with this OBGYN. During my visit, there was a misunderstanding during the interview, and instead of clarifying things respectfully, the doctor made an unprofessional and rude comment in front of me to her assistant, saying, “She doesn’t speak English.” I was shocked and hurt by this. I may not be a native English speaker, but I understood exactly what she said — and how dismissive and disrespectful it was. Unsanitary, the clinic is dirty Im not sure if the one she is using is sanitize or not There is small cockroach in the bathroom. Most of all long wait.
Doctor is very informative and explains everything (what’s happening to my body, why she give me this kind of medication, etc…). The wait can be long but the staffs there are really helpful and professional. They always do follow up and call you for your next appointment and everything.
如果可以选择零星，那我就不想给它一颗星了。太可悲了！ 我想分享一下我今天下经历。我打电话预约，在电话上已经很明确表示过来复查的时候，安排我第一位看医生。我知道这医生一直是overbook appointment (超额预约)会很忙。前台的工作人员一个星期前已经打过2次电话确实我的医疗卡和时间。 然而，今天我准时走进诊所时，告知在我前面还有人。还要重新查我的医疗卡（无语😓）我从长岛开了一个半小时的车过来，开完医生还要返回长岛去上班。提前和老板请假2个小时看医生。 迄今为止和严医生的相处是最糟糕的经历！缺乏耐心，沟通能力差，整个诊所不专业。技术能力再强，但对待处理的态度太恶劣。 不推荐大家来她的诊所看病，浪费你的时间。
