I Definitely had a great experience learning! That is the key to any change. Change is not always easy and having someone speak to you about what has to happen for change is not always easy to hear. I am appreciative of Doc, he is no nonsense and very direct because his mission is not just fleeting results but lifestyle changes that will last .
It was my first time see Dr. Alex it when well he is friendly and nice I like that he is very detail and gives if you options.
