Simply the worst. Please do your research and know there are surgeons out there that actually care and give you the time and attention you deserve. I would not recommend for anyone to pursue treatment with Dr. Chen.
Dr. Chen and his CLINICAL staff are amazing but good luck with his scheduler and the fact that “management” doesn’t seem to care that said scheduler doesn’t do her job. You practically have to call the ombudsmen office daily to get anything done timely. Even they aren’t much help or seem to care. When asked if I could avoid this particular person in my care I was told it’s her job and she’s the only one that can do it.
