My mother has been a long-time patient at this office. The service here used to be outstanding, but her recent experiences have changed my perception. She submitted a form to be filled out and waited five weeks for it to be completed, only to find out that it had been lost. She then provided a second copy for completion. It has now been six weeks since she dropped off the second form, and despite making three phone calls to check on its status, no one has returned her calls. I find the work done at the center/network was very professional I was very happy with the work done and the attention that was paid to my situation I'm forever grateful for for La cancer Network they are a blessing to me
Staff and Doctor Chen were very attentive and took the time to really help me understand the journey that lay ahead.
Receptionist in medical assistant on time, communicated well, answered some of my preliminary questions. Would gladly refer others to Dr. Chen in the future.
