Wish I could give ZERO stars. Both the ER and my primary care directed me to Dr Yan STAT, but the rude person who answered my call stated that Dr Yan does not do stat orders even though I have a serious triple ear infection and nothing the ER or my primary physician have been able to tackle. Either Yan is not very capable or just doesn't care or maybe both. Terrible first immpresion.
I had a cholestiatoma that kept growing and he removed it. Great doctor , very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend for any ear nose throat issues.

My daughter has had many problems with nose bleed and sore throat. Dr. Yan is kind and caring listens to every problem and give many options to choose from . Always available even for small stuff. Could not ask for better ENT Dr. thank you !!!!
I was extremely impressed with Dr. Yan. He listens and is very friendly but straight to the point. I think he was thorough and patient. he actually seemed to care…..update not happy at all!! Call his office told them I woke up with drainage out the ear w/mix of blood and I can barely hear in pain, their response is to make me an appointment in 2 weeks.
