It's hard for me to believe that they've only had one complaint. My 1st counselor was great, and Raeshawn was excellent. But that's all I have good to say. They were rude. In the middle of writing a W/C claim for me, my second counselor left the practice and no one told me. That was the final push to leave them after 2 years. I have been given the run around ever since. I know people are in business to make money, but do they understand that we are there for help with a mental illness. office staff is rude and doesnt care!! do not go here!!!! – Office staff was very rude. Called to let them know my daughters rx was not approved and someone needed to call insurance to approve it and Peggy in the office said she didnt have the 15 minutes it took to do that. The office manager lied about making the phone call to have it approved, and the company manager never called me back about any of this. My daughter went 4 days with out her adhd rx because Peggy " didnt have 25 minuted to do her job".
