Dr. Shugoll is one of the best doctors I've seen. He's very thorough and takes the time to ask lots of questions, listen carefully to my answers, and look up test results. Obviously he does all this because he cares about the patient and providing the best care possible. His questions are direct and pointed, but never unfriendly. A perfect balance of expertise and compassion. As an old RN, I don't impress easily, but I was very impressed with Dr. Shugoll and his entire staff.

Wayne M. Shugoll cancelled an appointment on me as I was in the office checking in for it all because I’m a pregnant patient. Curious as to why the appointment was ever scheduled in the first place or as to why he couldn't have called even a week prior, perhaps even 24 hours prior? Cardiologists at this office book way in advance. Part of me wonders if Shugoll cancelled our appointment last minute to pocket off of me due to their policy (which would explain why he cancelled during our appointment.)
