Dr Wayda delivered me and has been my family Dr for 33 years; I should have switched Drs 10 years ago because she is BRUTAL with follow through and paperwork. I’ve had to harass them anytime paperwork is due. This doctor will refuse to fill out paperwork for her patients within the 45 days the College of Physicians says is a reasonable time for a doctor to provide paperwork for work, insurance etc. They will screen phone calls and leave you without answers for weeks on end. In August, a return to work form was dropped off at this doctors office. As of writing this, it was never filled out and returned to my fiance.
