I am a new customer with two kids who were excited to get ortho treatment. Recieved a call today letting me know the office doesn’t have the appliance needed for tomorrow’s appt. Less than 24hrs and you are just now telling me? This appt was scheduled over a month ago. Office did not call me back after they reached out to the Manager Kristen. Im so very grateful that I brought my kids here! We were at another orthodontist and we paid a lot of money down and had 1 of the 2 kids paid off. Mind you we just started treatment 2 1/2 months ago.. this ortho then out of the blue says he’s closing his office. And things became a hot mess and I called dr.wax office to get a consultation, I let them know what was going on and they were happy to help! We got in that same week! If you are looking for an excellent experience for your child’s Orthodontic experience, look no further. Dr. Wax and his staff are exceptional. From the minute you walk through the door, they welcome you with a smile and make you feel comfortable. When your child gets excited to go to the orthodontist, you know your in the right place :)))
