Professional, outstanding work
Mam, NO ONE that works @ Dr. Watts is bad. This time Austin S. came. He was nothing but professional, from they way he looked to they way he conducted himself. I have grown to call everyone I have talked to or actually worked on my house my friend. That includes the ladies at the offoce, Robin & Kiki (or Keekee or Keke howeber she spells it) I've said it before, but as long as I live, I will not use anyone else.
Technician was very knowledgeable. His work was outstanding great job
Dr. Watts staff always provides great service.
Rey was very professional and friendly and showed me by the manual what the prices are. He took time to educate me on my issue with the a/c. I appreciate him
