I finally obtained my medical records from Masoodi. I had to copy and paste an email from the medical board to apply pressure for Masoodi to do what was ethical. That didn't seem to come naturally to her. There was an attempt to charge me.... starting at... $30 for what I understand was just one visit, with additional fees on top of that just for my medical records. Very poor experience with both the staff and the physician. I was prescribed weight-loss medications that caused side effects consistent with stimulant-type drugs, despite paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket. I was also offered Belviq, which has since been withdrawn from the market due to safety concerns, including an increased CANCER risk. Dr. Masoodi is good but her staff is absolutely horrible. They never send her messages, don’t call you back and when you try to ask questions they get crazy annoyed and treat you as if you’re a piece of trash. I went in for blood work and the girl at the front was so appalling. When I went to see Dr. Masoodi they couldn’t find my blood work but luckily I had a copy of it after I called 3x to get it. Dr Masoodi is an excellent Endocrinologist for my husband. His blood sugar levels were out of control. She took good care of him and his level's well controlled.
