Dr. Masoodi is good but her staff is absolutely horrible. They never send her messages, don’t call you back and when you try to ask questions they get crazy annoyed and treat you as if you’re a piece of trash. I went in for blood work and the girl at the front was so appalling. When I went to see Dr. Masoodi they couldn’t find my blood work but luckily I had a copy of it after I called 3x to get it. Dr Masoodi is an excellent Endocrinologist for my husband. His blood sugar levels were out of control. She took good care of him and his level's well controlled.
I remind myself how horrible experience with this medical office was.. The female staff there very defensive. Anything you'd say they would be annoyed and victimized themselves .. Be cautious with them. Dr. Masoodi also very business oriented and her session is shortest ever..
I like how Dr Masoodi talks with compassion. She listens to what I have to say, asks pertinent questions, provides appropriate suggestions and recommendations to be healthy. One big thing I like about her is that she prefers cure by change in lifestyle rather prescribing medication. I would definitely recommend her.
